Terms of Business for Instructors

These Terms of Business (“Instructor Terms”) govern the relationship between Erotiverse Company  (“Erotiverse,” “we,” “us”) and individuals or entities who create and sell courses through our platform (“Instructor,” “you”). By uploading, publishing, or offering a course for sale on Erotiverse, you agree to these Instructor Terms.

1. Eligibility

To become an Instructor on Erotiverse, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
  
  
• Provide accurate and complete account information.
  
  
• Have the legal right to create and sell the course materials you submit.
  
  

2. Course Content & Ownership

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create.
  
  
• License to Erotiverse: By publishing a course, you grant Erotiverse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, market, display, distribute, and sell your course content on our platform.
  
  
• Content Standards: Courses must comply with our Content Guidelines (e.g., no illegal material, no infringement of third-party rights, no harmful or abusive content). Erotiverse reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
  
  

3. Pricing & Revenue Share

• Pricing: Instructors may suggest a price for their course, but Erotiverse reserves the right to set final pricing, including discounts and promotions.
  
  
• Revenue Share: Instructors receive a percentage of net revenue (after payment processing fees and taxes) from each sale of their course. The specific percentage will be communicated in your instructor account dashboard.
  
  
• Payouts: Payouts are made via bank transfer or another agreed method once the minimum payout threshold is met. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details.
